Lists and Time Lines

The date for our departure for Callaghan (Whistler Olympic Park) is coming up fast.I have spent the last while compiling lists. What has to be done in the wax cabins before our access is blocked by security. We have two cabins to prep (Biathlon and Cross Country).

We need to construct and internal racking system to handle up to 150 Pr's of skis, boot storage, pole storage, a wax bench, Work station ie. desk for laptops, lunch, music (this could be interesting what do Norwegians, Swedes,Italians, Canadians, Americans listen to).
Lists for the tools to bring for construction, and a seperate set for ski prep.
Lists for food requirements for each day, water needs, I was told me might have to buy one brand due to Olympic sponsorship. verify with OAC what quantities of each we can bring in, in advance and on a daily basis. What about Beer? (the service crew's job ends when the race starts).
Lists for arrival times (need to be picked up). Numbers of people on our house, up to 15 for a couple of days (who gets the floor)? Who buys all the food and gets to cook?
On the 7th we will be asked to leave, and the security team will do their sweep for two days then the lineups will happen each day to get in.
Athletes will begin to arrive after the 8th and they will want to test there best skis in their bags against the new skis we have brought. This is a new cosmetic year for Madshus and we would like to have all of our athletes skiing and winning on the newest cosmetics.
Callaghan will pose some interesting ski selection problems with the warm weather, potential for lots of snow in short periods of time and typical temperaturs around 0 c. I am sure that one or two classic days will require the use of the new CIG rub skis to be in contention for a medal.
